Maggie Caiazza, MS, APRN/BC, ANP, FMP is a New York State Certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years experience. Maggie provides personal and private outpatient opioid addiction maintenance and suboxone from Massena, to the Albany Region.
Office hours are by appointment only, Monday - Saturday. Telemedicine is also available. Please note that office hours vary and due to the high volume of requests, you must contact us in advance either by submitting a request via our form below or by phone.
